The Experience - An Adventure For The One Who Seeks It
The Agenda
Afternoon One - An Evening In The Paddock
On our private Southern Highlands farm, the expedition opens with a back-paddock picnic set by a glowing fire pit. A generous cheese platter awaits as horses graze nearby and wild kangaroos move through the rolling grass.
With sweeping views across open country and the quiet of the paddocks settling in around you, it is a peaceful, grounding beginning to the journey ahead.
Night One - Luxury Farm Stay Accommodation
Your night is spent at our luxury farm stay in Sutton Forest, set among rolling meadows and quiet country lanes. The cottage offers warm, elegant comfort with generous spaces to unwind, a wood-fired hot tub, and sweeping views that change with the light.
Horses graze in nearby paddocks, birds settle in the trees, and the atmosphere is one of calm, privacy and effortless country charm.
Night One - A Hot Tub Beneath the Cosmos
After dinner, the wood-fired hot tub is yours beneath an open sky. Far from city lights, the Southern Highlands offers some of the clearest stargazing in New South Wales - a slow, quiet end to your first evening before the adventure ahead.
Day Two - An Extraordinary Alpine Experience
The Mount Kosciuszko hike unfolds across some of Australia’s most striking alpine landscapes. The trail rises gently through vast high-country meadows dotted with mountain flowers, following boardwalks and ridgelines above deep glacial valleys.
Sparkling snowmelt streams thread across the slopes, and each turn reveals wider views of the Main Range. The final ascent brings a quiet, steady exhilaration as the horizon opens in every direction.
The walk unfolds across the high plains of Kosciuszko National Park, where open country stretches wide beneath an immense sky. Timber boardwalks trace a gentle path through alpine grasses and moss beds, protecting a fragile landscape shaped by wind, frost, and time.
Granite ridgelines rise in every direction, revealing long, uninterrupted views across the Australian Alps. It is a place of scale and stillness, where distance is felt not in effort, but in perspective, and the land invites a slower, more attentive way of moving through it.
Day Two - Vast Alpine Plains
Day Two - High-Country Stillness
Far above the tree line, the landscape opens into quiet, rolling alpine country. Broad slopes fall away into distant valleys, interrupted only by granite outcrops and lingering snowfields that trace the contours of the land.
There are no crowds here. Just wind moving through grass, long views across the Main Range, and the rare luxury of true silence. It is a place to sit, breathe, and feel the unhurried rhythm of the high country before continuing on, restored and unencumbered.
