Sydney Harbour · Private Charter
A skipper, a quiet cove to anchor in, and a harbour most people only ever see from the shore.
Sydney was built around this harbour and it still looks best from the middle of it. A private charter puts you past the Opera House, under the Harbour Bridge and anchored in a cove with nobody else aboard but your own group.
Three to four hours is the usual charter, at whatever time of day suits. Up to eight guests, departing from wherever is easiest for you. From $2,000, with the skipper, crew, fuel and all harbour fees covered.

There is a usual run, but nothing about it is fixed. Tell the skipper what you feel like and the afternoon follows.
We pick a departure point that works for your group rather than making you cross the city to reach us. Circular Quay, Rose Bay, Double Bay or somewhere closer to where you are staying. The skipper and crew are aboard and ready before you step on.
The harbour is the only place to see these two properly. Out past the Opera House with the sails close enough to pick out the tiles, then a slow run beneath the Harbour Bridge with the whole city turning around you. Everyone takes the same photograph here and nobody minds.
Away from the ferries there are coves most visitors never see, and we drop anchor in one. Swim off the back, or stay aboard and watch while everyone else does. There is no schedule pushing you along and no next stop to make.
Time the charter right and the last stretch is the one you remember. The sandstone goes orange, the city lights come up behind the bridge, and the harbour empties out. Three to four hours is the usual charter, though the boat is yours for as long as you book it.
Food and drinks can be arranged for an additional fee. Tell us what you would like when you enquire and we will quote it with the charter.
Pick the departure point, choose the hour, and decide where you go once you are out there. The only thing we hold firm on is getting you off the water safely.
Making a day of it? The harbour pairs well with a morning on land, and most groups who charter also take a tour of the city or the mountains while they are here.
Every charter is quoted properly once we know your group and the hour you want. Send us the details and we'll do the rest.
